How it works
- As a token of gratitude for your loyal support, Pepenero Restaurants will give a 10% "Cash Back" reward on your spend. This will be credited to your card electronically.
- You can use your points on your next visit or build up your balance over a period of time.
- You will also receive news on our special offers and special events that we may run from time to time.
How do I get my Friends of Pepenero Card
- Obtain Friends of Pepenero card and membership form from your waitron.
- The card is free of charge.
- Complete the application form and hand it back to the waitron serving you.
- This information is confidential and will never be made available to a 3rd party.
- You can start using your Friends of Pepenero card from the day you get it.
How to accumulate your points
- Place your Friends of Pepenero card into the bill folder when paying your bill.
- Your waitron will swipe your card through the till.
- You will receive 10% of the bill total credited to your card.
- Ask for a printed receipt verifying your accumulation.
- Your points earned will become available to spend after 7 days.
How to redeem your points
- Your points are treated the same as cash. No minimum balance is required before you can use them.
- You can redeem your entire balance or part thereof.
- Hand your card to your waitron when paying your bill and indicate the number of points that you want to redeem against the bill. Remember 1 point equals 1 Cent.
- You can obtain a statement of all your account by clicking here or in-store from the waitron.
Conditions
- We reserves the right to change (without prior notice) the benefits, terms and conditions at any time.
- We reserve the right to terminate a membership.
- Only one card swipe per bill.
- The points can only be redeemed by the registered holder of the Friends of Pepenero card.
- Points can not be exchanged for cash.
- This card or membership is not transferable.
- All points not used within 2 years of accumulating them, will expire.
